Introducing Zumba To Our Autumn Timetable

From April, we are excited to announce we have added Zumba to our timetable! ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and international dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

You can view the class times on the BlueFit Health Club app from April!
